For help with your account, galleries, uploads, downloads, watermarks or favorites, email support@memoreez.io. Please include the email address you signed up with and, if relevant, a link to the gallery so we can help you quickly.

Billing and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For questions about invoices, plan changes, refunds or cancellations, write to support@memoreez.io with the subject "Billing". You can compare plans at https://memoreez.io/pricing.

Clients viewing a gallery

If you received a gallery link from your photographer and cannot open it, the gallery may be password protected or expired. Please contact your photographer first; they control access, passwords and download settings for their galleries.
